Fast until 4:30 cocktails with only non chewables. 4:30 "cocktails" at Ellens have 1 item (1 plateful or napkin full) followed by 20 minute pause to allow tummy to orient, then eat another napkin/plateful and wait another 20 minutes – continue this until ceremony. Reception: Eat unlimited till cake then nothing more till next day. Take lots of digestive enzymes. Sunday: nothing until Breakfast at Ellen's. Eat 1
