Can have up to 1 tblspn butter or ghee per day. Unlimited other oils and coconut oil. TIMING: After 3 hours after lunch can have 1 snack: 1 oz soaked nuts/seeds, 6 flackers with optional avocado or up to 2 tblspns macadamia or sprouted nut/seed butter or hulled tahini OR 1 package seasnax with optional avocado. Then nothing chewable and no protein powder (green drinks ok) until 5 PM.
