As I'm aware:
4 oz protein at a time or one can sardines or 1 portion frozen salmon or piece frozen duck. Must be 1 hour apart from the next portion. no limits on kombucha and can have xylitol gum and mouthwash.. Eat until 80% full then wait one hour before eating again. If I think I'm 80% full and have the thought want to think I'm not then I'll still wait another hour before eating. At home I can set a timer. If at the end of the hour I have the thought awareness I'm still 80% full
