silverski commits to:
4 oz protein per meal – only three 4 oz portions per day. Must be 3 hours apart from the next portion. After noon only 2 more 4 oz portions. Have one day between coconut flour producys. Follow all food items to the letter except no limits on kombucha and can have xylitol gum and mouthwash.. All none food activities are to be done in a non rigid way as I can happily integrate.
