No sweetner except locanto and stevia, no kombucha or only 8 oz ginger a day, no fruit except optional cranberries and acai and 1 green apple a day, 1 serving reds a day, no grains, no potatoes 1 hour between 4 oz protien servings, can mix eggs with nut/seeds for pancakes/waffles only, 2 pieces organic bacon 2X week with breakfast eggs. 1 coconut flour recipe or 2 slices coconut paleo bread or 1 coconut wrap per day with BLD - not as snack.
