| This is the last week and this didn't really help me lose weight, I lost $880 US instead. I need a different approach. The worst feature of having a penalty per week not per bottle is that some weeks, having had a drink, I would then drink most nights - not good! | |

| an easy week to avoid drinking alone, with the ALAC flying competition I had 3 nights when I drank in company - modest amounts, avoiding the motel room parties on all 3 nights - hooray! | |
