just not reaching this goal. I will work on getting my exercise in at 2pm. My challenge is stopping one activity and moving on. I must realize that I may not get something accomplished completely. I still need to work on it and then move on when my timer goes off....wrap it up and move on. If I do this, I will get to my exercise instead of the time being eaten up. The other challenge is when I have to go out and it shifts my entire day. I still need to exercise. My legs start hurting if I don't exercise on a regular basis. So this will be my motivation.
