Reason: I am not getting in my ankle stretches, so I won't master the Pistol Squat by age 51. But if I kept breaks short between sets, I could finish strength/cardio by 5. 45 minutes is enough to progress! Includes Skilwilup for strength or cardio. If I start late, or have to stop part way for 10 minutes, I just lose that time, same as if I were in a yoga class or any other. LEI: forget, sick, travel, Kris days.
