ChooseWisely commits to:
I commit to reading aloud for 30 minutes daily to improve verbal fluency and clarity.
Primary Goal: Aim for 30 minutes per day of reading aloud. Weekly Flexibility: I may adjust daily amounts as long as I reach 3.5 hours total per week. Valid Exceptions: If work hours cut into sleep, I am sick, or major university deadlines (finals, essays, etc.) require prioritization, the commitment is frozen. Accountability: Logged weekly, reviewed on Sundays.

| Turns out this contract is pretty badly thought out, need to fine-tune the exception rules. This can take too long during busy days. But my reading out loud has improved exponentially. | |
