| It’s interesting how that now I have been putting my phone in the k safe that my attention is being redirected to my computer and I PMOed last night. I have to use the self control application and shut that shit down. | |

| It really hurts in the moment to put the phone in the safe but once I do it, now I’m forced to redirect my actions in another way because I don’t have the support the tool that I’m attached to. But at the same time it’s interesting that the small amount of pain that I know I’m about to feel is what stops me from putting my phone in my safe to begin with | |
