| Real weight 97kg. I suspect some muscle gain, lack of supplements and stress influencing the overall numbers. Yes, I missed the diet on Friday night but it was well deserved and I tried compensating it with a good workout on Sunday. My target for February end is 92kg and I am confident that I will achieve it. Good going, stay strong! | |

| Real weight 97.2kg. I blame not having green tea extract available during this period. However, visible reduction in size of thigh and waist. | |

| Real Weight is 98.25. However, I have lost inches. I am suspecting it to be muscle gain. Good work you can expect 1-2 weeks of weight loss plateu due muscle gain. However, This week I am expecting atleast 1.2kg weight loss. Lets see. | |
