I went to the gym this past Sunday but forgot my swim suit and my headphones too… I wasn’t feeling up to working out and also didn’t feel good. Looking back I would have done at least a 30 minute leg workout and just dealt with not having my own music…

Monday I swam for 30 minutes. This morning (Wednesday) I swam for almost 25 minutes. I weighed myself and have lost 2 lbs!! So happy about it. I’ve gone from 175 to 173. Let’s go!!! So excited and ready to continue losing more fat. I don’t like having this extra weight and I am dead set on being 150lbs and less as soon as possible. One step at a time. My ultimate goal is to be back at 130 and maintain my muscle!! 💪

Today I went to the gym with my son, he played with other babies while I
1) Worked out Abs - 430 reps
2) Did 40 floors of stairs on the stairmaster in 9 minutes!

Ate a healthy lunch,
Steak salad and potatoes (Not fries)
Drank a protein shake with collagen (water as base) No fat since the salad dressings are high in fat...
For dinner I am debating... Hm :) Something high protein and healthy though!!
