Slightly interrupted by getting sick and fevers starting weekend, as well as not being home on Friday and Thursday. Yet I've found some things to improve my work:
β€’ Understood that I often avoid things, so I can act to overcome that.
β€’ I've realised YouTube is super distracting for me. I appreciate it a lot because arguments and debates I discovered there shaped my current worldviews. Yet, I've gotten that benefit, and now I'd rather learn NOT to use YouTube at all, since I watch or listen to it many times a day and it's becoming a huuuge distraction.πŸ˜΅β€πŸ’« Without really giving me anything.

Moreover, I always slept while putting on videos to listen to to lessen my anxiety/stress. But last night I slept without that and it was completely fine.πŸ’ͺ
β€’ I want to develop a mentality of prioritising work first, and then spending the rest of my time on helpful things (e.g. reading instead of YouTube)

Discovered that I've often been avoiding studying and other tasks, which should make it possible to avoid doing so much more in the future.

I have made a plan which I started implementing this week, and I've gone back on track starting at least right before pharma test, but still hah.

Didn't really achieve much but problem was I didn't set any goals. In which case, I felt no motivation from sticks. It should be different though once I do have some goals again.πŸ€”

So probably I should actually make it a habit yo do some serious planning maybe every weekend.
