Studying has been going very well. Still need to solve occasional big big anxiety alongside which I sleep very little or go to sleep very late. Even then though, I now manage to get back to the same attitude as before the night after. |

Continued studying with my study buddy. And its been going super amazing 🤩 Also idk if it's just placebo or not but I do think ADHD meds do make my focus better🤔 |

Tried different strategies but realized the only true formula is probably: 1. Begin body doubling 2. Repeat the same pieces of content many many times over a long span of many days. |
