| Even at a baseline dose of my first ever prescription, ADHD meds have been the most helpful thing I've ever had in terms of benefitting from learning, especially my lectures. | |

Studying has been going very well. Still need to solve occasional big big anxiety alongside which I sleep very little or go to sleep very late. Even then though, I now manage to get back to the same attitude as before the night after. |

Continued studying with my study buddy. And its been going super amazing 🤩 Also idk if it's just placebo or not but I do think ADHD meds do make my focus better🤔 |
