Other then that i did stick to the commitment most of the time. Perhaps on the weekend i missed some. So the commitment is strick for the week, and it is also for the weekend, it is important to keep the same bedtime routine. to not disrupt it. but its a bit more fliexible. Also when i have a social setting or anything that is not reoccurent, it is fine to be flexible without over stretching it. This week all in all was mostly fine especially with the going out of bed at 7. sleep also gets much easier it seems, to fall asleep, with this routine i have, of exposing myself to light. And i am planning to join the meditation daily and see how it goes. i will put an alarm for tomorrow. perhaps also this evneing check it out around 18h. So it could be like this: Water, expressive writing, or morning pages, 30 minutes brisk walk, quick shower, then meditaiton. that looks intersting to check out.

Yesterday i wasover time with the screem time at night. Also got to bed around 1. that is due to a bootcamp i am doing. That starts 1 am my time. Every wendsday. i can adapt to it, in condition that i will be waking up still at 7 am. no matter what. this commitment styas. its important. and to be fresh to the bootcamp, i amy try getting a nap during the day. will see. lets see how it goes. Or maybe on wensday i can sleep in another hour, wake up at 8 instead of 7. or 8H30. Lets see how it goes.
