Tash interview, she was excited and I robbed her of that. I got fixated on hybrid work and defending myself, made the conversation about me and my needs rather than Tash's. My communication ends as soon as there is a problem. This is the problem! I chose to focus on the positives, instead of dealing with the negatives. We hashed and rehashed it multiple times and all I could say was sorry and acknowledge what I'd done, there was no improvement or talk of solutions. Basically I had shut down. |
