Have been quite successful with the bench. Since starting in the Castleross has been a game changer. Was supposed to hit 12 sessions this month. All going well will hit 10 sessions. Now aiming for end of October to hit 100kg. Repping 85kg for 5reps for 2 sets at the moment. |
