| Wow that went really well I’d say. First time I think I’ve managed 30 days in a row without skipping a day which is a big deal. I feel good. Adri still tests me but I’m immediately aware of my emotional reaction and am generally better able to correct course. Still lots of work to do. But proud of myself for achieving this goal. Shall I do another month? | |
