| Yes. Last night the anti-incentive was particularly strong; I really did not want to send any kind of encouraging message to Trump. So, no NMD for the duration. ...as for the food, not so good. Interesting, eh? | |

| Cookies, but no alcohol. I really wanted to stay sober last night because of Trump's assassination attempt. I wouldn't want my addiction to be interpreted as support for him in this particular moment. | |

| Friday was a tough day, in that Wound Clinic hinted at the need for a BTK amputation (although not in so many words). But no NMD. Cookies? It's useful to get NMD out of the way to see more clearly what the food issues are. | |

| Once again, was successful not drinking, but did have a fourth (BLE) meal. Not drinking definitely does NOT eliminate the eating urges. Always so much to work on. Felt strong, though, because I got on the Accountability Call yesterday morning, finally celebrating my 6-year anniversary in BLE. | |
