This week I had a little bit of a distraction. Between taking care of my daughter and the three day orientation I had for a job, I was a little to busy to hit the gym. I did take my normal walks with my daughter though. I will say I do feel a little either heavier of a little to loose. Maybe from not working out in the gym this week. I’m still at 182 some mornings 180. I didn’t loose nor gain any weight this week so I don’t know if I can count that as a success or fail. I can say I feel good or atleast better than I did before summer started. My girlfriend has been helping me by reminding me that we need to take our daily walk even when she isn’t with us. She is also trying to get a little fit so she’s been tracking her steps lately. We are trying to eat healthier as a family so we have cut fried food and fast foods out of our diet completely. I feel like that will help us and my daughter in the long run.

Lost two pounds and I’m walking way more |

I actually lost two pounds. The first week I walked about three times. Last week I walked twice a day for 3 days straight, then went instacarting the next day so I guess that kind of counts. But this week I’ve been walking around my neibhorhood every morning and I’ve been instacarting everyday so I’m getting my steps in. My partner has been pushing me to walk in the morning it’s our smoking time before the day starts now. |

I lost about two pounds last week but I feel like I need to alter my goal to walking everyday. I walked about everyday last week rather it be a trail or around a pond I’ve walked. Yesterday I walked around most of the lake downtown so today is going to be a light day for me just to avoid any soreness. Today I will do some core workout and take a walk around my neibhor hood just to get the blood flowing. |
