Friday:
2x12 squats,
2x15 lean backs,
2x15 calf raises,
1:20 standing.

Thursday:
I wasn’t planning to do my exercises this morning, but nonetheless did 1x15 calf raises & lean backs. I also did some standing, focused on distributing my weight evenly to my left side, feeling the weight in my left heel (and right heel, as noticed that I tend to keep the weight in the mid foot). Just exploring my body and standing healthy, easy. 😊
