Bhogen commits to:
No alcohol consumption for 12 weeks. Exception for up to 3-4 glasses of wine or beer at Dustin’s wedding, no hard liquor. Possible exception if there is a night out with Eric to celebrate his moving here, max 2 drinks. No exception with alcohol on Mitchells birthday. Exception for 2 micro m days with 1 max. No other intoxicants. Nicotine and caffeine allowed in June. Wean myself off nicotine and caffeine by end of June. Exception for cigars if out with Alex.
