2.多攝取蔬果,纖維能促進腸道蠕動,而礦物質及維生素是參與身體代謝的重要因子,建議將五份蔬果分散在每天三餐中,如果能夠攝取多色蔬果更好。
3.定期量體重,專業期刊也證實定期量體重,是確保減重不復胖的良方。
