I only did my exercises twice this week, but a positive outcome is that I noticed that I did feel stronger on those days and the third day. The heel lifts are a good addition to my program.
I haven't used the treadmill as intended during the last few commitments. In my new one for this week, I purposefully implemented the Atomic habits tenet of establishing the micro-est of micro habits to anchor in the behaviour. Thus I intend t o use the treadmill right after my exercises and only for 30 seconds.
