Diet is something I can do everyday even if I lack time to workout. 1:Track all food. 2:Hit 150-200g protein per day. 3:Eat 25-30 grams fiber per day. 4:Fruit and Kombucha in place of ice cream Sorbert okay month one. Honey okay all months just track it. 5: June- Cheat days Wed. and Sun.. July- Cheat Sun. only. Aug.- Cheat Sunday less than 700 cal. Start with why: I want to have a healthier diet so that I will live longer and look better. Refocus my diet to whole foods that I enjoy eating.
