My goal is to lay a habit foundation for fitness that I will be build upon as I progress. This week, I will work towards establishing the habit of...

1) using the treadmill every day,
2a) doing mini-squats,
2b) doing abs lean-backs,
2c) doing the standing challenge.

We're going forward in a nice and easy fashion, just taking baby steps towards building upon the above. To that end, for each of the habits I aim to build...

1) put orthotics on in the morning before settling in with coffee. (Put shoes next to recliner the night before.)
2) Bf getting morning coffee, do 2 sets of at least a) 6 mini squats, b) 6 lean backs -aiming for 8-10 reps. For c) standing challenge, complete at least 1 minute, aim for 2 minutes (like on last day of previous challenge!)
3) Before getting ready for work, use treadmill for at least 30 sec, aim for 2.5 minutes (like my usual from last week!) or more. Gold Star if I use treadmill again at lunch for at least 30 sec, and Double Gold Star if I do after work for at least 30 sec.

Just getting on the treadmill at least once per day for at least 30 sec, and doing the above STs and endurance challenge, is amazing work towards building an important habit! I've got this!
