Basic: I agree to not make any changes to this current plan. Follow this unless you included different options on an additional stickk commitment for that particular week. Min 3 hours water fasting (can add cranberry juice between max of 2 meals daily or before having broth or raw veggies (which don’t need to be part of meal).
