not read novels on my Kindle while in my apartment.
One escape clause- if I have an episode of extreme insomnia (counting up to 1000 heartbeats without falling asleep), then I'd allow myself to read a not-highly-engrossing novel on my kindle for a while until I felt tired enough to actually fall asleep.
