(1) Do NOT use any phone apps before 12pm (exceptions: sleep tracking, weight tracking, or essentials like Uber, Maps, music, etc)
(2) Do NOT bring the phone to bathroom (*) I've noticed over time that these practices make me less ADHD-like and more mindful:
