Very close but ate too much in evening over 1150 calories and ate very quickly and forcefully, including rice cakes which were not a great choice for teeth. Also not good about getting to bed soon after getting home, despite needing rest for Friday work. Did some mouth exercises but needed to spend a bit more dedicated time on them

Had sour mouth in morning though due to reflux. Diet yesterday wasn't bad but have been arguably eating too many fats that may have contributed to reflux

Did mouth exercises. Avoided hard foods. Also looked up and made a list of foods to avoid, including popcorn and hard breads AND hard crackers. Avoided excessive gum except kept him in mouth all of one class--but tried to not actively chew it. Also tried to not actively chew mints, though wasn't 100% successful. Brushed well and *mindfully*. Was careful with flossing. Still need to look up if there's a better way to floss or if I should use interdental brushes instead
