							Basic: Follow this unless you included different options on an additional stickk commitment for that particular week.
 Min 3 hours water fasting (can add cranberry juice between max of 2 meals daily or before having broth or raw veggies (which don’t need to be part of meal). Meal length is 1 hour or if in restaurant when you leave restaurant. No rewrites – I agree to stick to the current plan until it’s finish date. One serving rule except for nonstarchy vegetables with the fat used to prepare
