2. get out for a 10-15 mins walk, expose to sunlight
3. drink seasalt hot water
4. Delay caffeine until 90-120 mins after you wake up
5. Fast until 11am
6. Drink athletic green (what is this)
7. Do 90 mins of work (PHONE DOWN, out of room)
8. physical exercise for about an hour
9. take a cold shower afterwards
10. Keep phone down during the whole process

No, I woke up late and skipped the whole learning process. I did finished the workout though

It doesn't feel that bad to switch routine. The only things is that Rec is not a good place to study since the music is too loud, damn

I woke up at 7 am and finished my workout at 9:30 am, so shortened the cognitive strike session.
