Min 3 hours water fasting between max of 2 meals daily or before having broth or raw veggies (which don’t need to be part of meal). Meal length is 1 hour or if in restaurant when you leave restaurant. No rewrites – I agree to stick to the current plan until it’s finish date. One serving rule except for nonstarchy vegetables with the fat used to prepare them and broth. Can have broth with
