I feel like chocolate but then I will just want more and more and it will feed my infection. Not actually hungry just want a break

I had chicken breasts and sweet potato wedges from canteen for lunch and a clementine. High calorie but pretty healthy

I had mince stew and a baked apple for supper. And I had a slice of low carb bread with pate with my bedtime medicine. I didn't binge today! Yay!

I am starting today to use stickk to support me in healthy eating. I think that support could be the element that I am currently missing so fingers crossed that this works. Rigorous honesty will be required of me
