Purpose: The main idea of this is to break my habit of going to food for comfort.
Section A: I commit to eating no chocolate, sushi, kebabs, popcorn, bliss balls, chips, gelati (frozen sugar content), acai (unless mutually agreed upon), seed oil containing snacks, or anything that isn’t whole food and brought from a grocery store: 1.0 In the event of a grey area: any food eaten out shall be reported and judged if it falls into the acceptable or unacceptable category.
