The Goal is to have only one meal a day. By doing this i intent to have a control on gluttony. I have selected to have only one meal i.e Lunch. I will be skipping Breakfast and dinner. We can have tea or coffee. We need to log efforts every day.

Day 6 on Sunday h went out with my friends, i ate at night. Kinda disappointed

Day 4 and 5 i have been getting a lot of cravings.

Day3 : Had lunch today at 1 pm. The usual, 5 chapatis, small bowl of aloo cauliflower sabzi, dal and rice. Followed by a cup of bhringaasav

So day2 started kinda tough. Let's just say that I was in my feels. For lunch I had 5 roti a small bowl of rice, dal and Aloo sabzi. I was feeling down so i went and had a kfc meal at kfc right after my lunch. It included 5 pieces of chicken strips, one burger medium fires and medium Pepsi. I know it was not necessary to consume all that calories at once. But kinda had to make that decision so that I don't have anything at night.
