| I fel for the Porn trap because of a wrak system maintenance. The issue I discovererd and resolved was a clean oversight on how my system works for me in toch detail while remaining flexible. | |

So I failed today, on practicing semen retention, I watched porn, Thinking of my mistake and the trigger what lead to it, I did stop earlier with working, yesterday, then went sitting on the couch watching Netflix, then I noticed that I couldn’t sleep, went out, talking a lot with my self about my business, and the next move, then had a call with a good friend about a business deal, then went sleeping, and woke up out of a wet dream, and started to watch porn. The solution is to first implement a secure routine, in order to make sure that I don’t fall for that trap no more. I can do this by making sure my devices are free from porn. Making it a routine that I keep my devices far a way before bed, so that I wake up to great organic morning routine. - active learning first before passive learning ( playing monopoly, cashflow, ) - getting a high priority task done first |

It works much better mentally to stay focused, without any doubt. I do notice that I'm less concerned about the time, and that it's more about getting done what I want to get done, |
