| Nach einer Woche in Sturkö mit reduzierten Portionen, Bewegung und wenig Stress habe ich einiges an Gewicht verloren. Ich möchte weiter an den 70kg Ziel weiterarbeiten. Ich möchte innerlich und äußerlich harmonisch stimmig sein. | |

I continued to head out for lunch and went shopping to soothe and blur out my feelings in the evenings. But this much weight gain is… not good. The situation at work will not change. So better change your patterns, reaction and attitude. Don’t allow friction to build up and just don’t care too much… |
