Have had more rx sx the past several days but wasn't exclusively due to eating too much. Probably stress with Marino may have contributed to general less regular and ordered eating. Also think I ate too many spices yesterday afternoon. Also ate raw unsoaked oats which was likely not a good idea. But I did not have any excessively large meals in the afternoon/evening. Overall this commitment period has been my most successful (62%) and is something I can certainly build on

3 red potatoes plus nearly 1 lb tofu plus some hummus plus broccoli all eaten after 7:30 pm. Seems ridiculous now that I think about it. Will strive for better

Still doing better (60%) with this diet commitment than the prior one (52%). If I can just keep this up consistently after missing today, keep it up well for two more weeks every day that will be a good finish

Today had first meal around 12:30, ate muesli without seeds 800-850 calories, plus but if smoothie, plus *nearly entire bag of chickpea crisps*, plus broccoli; big mistake probably around 1800 calories. It's true I ate only a very small dinner yesterday but this is not good compensation. Should simply not eat the crisps anymore since I can't control my eating of them
