On workdays the target is to spend at least 30 minutes to collecting, clarifying and processing work items.
On all days spend at least 30 minutes (collecting,) clarifying and organizing private inbox items. For work I should just spend at least #workdays x 30 minutes per week. For private: spend at least 7x30 minutes per week, spread over at least 5 days (a day counts only if 30+ minutes processing done)

| Te strenge eis, want ik ben wel trots op productiviteit en mate waarin ik ochtenplanning maak en me daaraan houd. Ook leid ik mezelf minder af met mn mobiel. De negotiation met mezelf/microplanningsessies in de vrije tijd doen het goed. Inbox processing gebeurt al wel een beetje met de papieren sticky notes, maar mssn nog niet genoeg | |
