							silverski commits to:
						 
						
							Animal based diet through Monday after lunch then start 27 hour water fast through Thursday.  Break fast with broth, min half hour later  avocado with cultured veggies and oil; min half hour later yogurt with what tests good in it; then nothing for 3 hours- can have broth before dinner then keto dinner of protein and veggies.
 
					Rest of week follow Basic guidelines. Friday: fast until Karin then shake with sausages. Broth snack. Usual Friday dinner options. Sat and Sun regular rules. Start fast
