| Recommitting after difficult time last week due to Marino's behavior. Did six hours last week and setting that as a baseline for the next TWO full weeks (can then move up from there if this is successful) | |

| Met stated commitment every day this week. Job done. Now ready to move to 4 hrs 45 minutes every day by 10:30 pm. Can of course do much more including 8 by 9 pm but not setting any higher baseline yet. | |
