Craving shows up for a moment while I'm drinking coffee. But I just observed it and let it go

The craving comes when I feel stressed. What eliminates it, it seems, is that I follow with the plans I had or put my mind into completing the tasks I wanted to finish

At the end of 26.04 I failed a bit. Not with abundance though. I went out for a beer to a bar that was for smokers and eventually I had a half of the cigarette later

I hated the smell though and today my throat aches. Smoking comes from trying to regulate my emotions (soothing - seemingly). I can accomplish the regulation differently though - what helped for forgetting about cravings yesterday was putting my mind into pomodoro sessions. Busy mind craves less. Avoiding that bar would probably help too, but I enjoyed the conversation there, so I don't regret going there entirely
