I journaled. I started 5 minutes later (7:20), but I did and it's not a big difference, so I guess I'll count it as "success"

The practice definitely helps. Yesterday I didn't note as many negative or intrusive thoughts as I did the day before. It grounds me more and allows me to observe what is happening in my mind without engaging too much with it. Or even if I engage, I can still shift my focus periodically to other things

I just finished and I feel quite energised. I think this habit in the long run can help me to spot the unhealthy thought patterns I get myself into and break from them step by step

I like that it's the first think I do in the day as I like writing and juggling with various paradoxical concepts so it's easier to get up knowing that this will be the first thing I'll do

I did journal in the morning. I'm not sure if it had a positive effect on the rest of my day though. I couldn't fully finish what I was doing and it might be that some negative thoughts were more present throughout the day (not the ones I was working on though). On the other hand, it's good that it's a structured practice, within a specific timeframe. The only thing I'm thinking about now is that maybe I'll make this activity longer and I'll move it to the library as well
