Wednesday: have salmon and veggies, broth, crackers, nut/seeds; Lunch: 2 turkey patties with veggies and shake; fast until lunch Thursday (supplements ok) Thursday: Lunch: protein with ditto lunch like Tuesday; Dinner: burgers and veggies No starch, dairy (ghee ok) or sweetener until Friday Friday- Sunday in NYC: 2 meals a day only, only one meal can have starch SUN: Fast Follow “basic Tues-Thurs”
