Then I was so tired from traveling around I had a simple dinner of strawberries and grapefruit. I did not have junk food, I just ate a thousand fewer calories than I burned. "View my Commitment

But yesterday, JoAnn Campbell-Rice mentioned that she was on both morning and evening accountability calls, so people could take that opportunity to bookend. So I did.
