I must add: Deep Work from 6:30 to 7:00 in the morning. Total Weekly Deep Work: 11+ Hours per week. Two days of fasting; only black coffee, normal tea, water + salt. 180+ grams of protein per non-fasting day; 900g total. Plan tasks daily. One creative exercise daily. |
