ykarate commits to:
Fasting between 6PM and 6 AM every day. Only fruit and non-sugar added liquids from 6 AM to 6 PM daily. Daily food tracking on Lose It app. Daily weight and BP checks. 48 ounces of water each day. Only non-sugared liquids between 6PM & 6AM after water goal is met. If water goal not met, only water. Off date nights with Mom during weeks when I've lost at least 2 lbs by date night weigh-in, off family b-days, special events and anytime bp is below 115/75 or weight is below 172 lbs.
