Listening to all my scheduled recorded sessions for this week and next week in their entirety. The only exception would be Sasha related emergencies or if I get sick. There is no other excuse. Any excuses is you changing direction of where you’re heading. I commit to listening to 3 recorded real sessions a day. Except on Tuesday because I signed up for over time. On Tuesday it will only be two. The rest will be 3. I commit to listening to the the scheduled sessions I outlined in the paper.
