Day 3 and made it without sugar and gluten, but ate PB…cravings were really strong and I felt that nagging urge/voice saying I wanted it… Feeling extremely bloated after eating past my fullness level tonight. Overdid it big time. Promising to NOT BREAK my commitment from now until next Thursday, Aug. 18th |

Day 2 ✔️ much better day today. First meal was dinner, but honestly I was so busy today and never felt hungry or anything. Honestly felt very focused and productive. Healthy salad with grilled shrimp for dinner. After dinner had trail mix and 1/2 evolve no sugar choc bar. Continuing this energy into tomorrow! I can and will do this |
