| Day 8 ✔️ no added sugar! Had fruit with peanuts after dinner. Excited to keep this going and want to sign up for another commitment | |

Day 7 ✔️ stuck to my commitment but this afternoon/tonight was hard…cravings were coming on strong and I really wanted to go to the store for some sort of quick fix but I held off. Just felt dissatisfied with my meal and even tho I wasn’t hungry, my mind was telling me that I still wanted something. Settled on a thunderbird bar with frozen banana. I know this weekend will be challenging being back home but I am committing to staying strong. No going back now! |

| Day 6 ✔️ back at my apt today and def snacked more than when I’m working all day at a Tradeshow, but tried to be more intentional about my choices. Proud I didn’t give in to the habit of grabbing nut butter or something with sugar after dinner | |
